• Pet sitting and dog walking is not a sideline for us. We are committed to meeting your needs, guarding the welfare and safety of your pets, and teaming up to ensure you are never let down, even in emergencies or conflicts.
• Premiere Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers are local; familiar with the greater Richmond area. Our revenues support local shelters and stay in our truly special community.
• Our technology provides you with all the important information you need, at your fingertips, relating to your pet; your schedule, your invoices, payments, reports after our visits and updates on our upcoming activities. It allows you to stay in contact with your sitter and the office at any time.
• We schedule visits through our electronic portal, allowing you to confirm that our schedule meets your expectations! Sitters review and monitor this schedule, and it is always available for your review and confirmation to ensure that NO pet is ever left behind!
• Premiere pet sitters and dog walkers notify you when they arrive and send detailed reports after each visit!
• We offer an estimate of charges before our registration meeting. Full quotes will be provided when requested.
• For the safety of all pets, we offer one-on-one care. Premiere Petsitting does not offer pack walks.
• Our sitters are Pet First Aid Certified.
• We do not charge extra for weekends.
• We will do everything we can to respond to last minute requests, with no surcharges.
• We provide both backup sitting support and emergency protocol.
