We have an office staff available to help our clients, as well as connect with anyone interested in designing a customized pet care plan of their own. We are located in RVA, we know RVA, we are here to serve the pet lovers of RVA.

2 – Reasonable & Competitive Rates
We understand.
We offer an assortment of services at different price points to accommodate all pet care budgets. Rate for our basic services are available to browse on our website so there’s never any guessing. Additionally, we offer pricing estimates prior to commitment. We accept several payment types including checks, Zelle, credit cards and PayPal for our clients’ convenience. We recognize that pet care is an investment and offer rates accordingly.
3 – Customized Service
No two pets or homes are alike.
We offer a variety of services and tailor services to meet each individual pet owner’s wants and needs. We conveniently list our basic services along with their rates on our website and provide a full list of our many services before discussing a plan. We are also happy to provide an estimate of charges prior to your registration and orientation.
4 – Exceptional Staff
We contract only dedicated pet care professionals.
We only work with pet sitters and dog walkers who have practical experience in the pet care field and have gone through a thorough screening process. The bios of our amazing Premiere Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers are available. Up next you’ll see the code of ethics the team has agreed upon. Staff is available for back–up in case of any emergencies.
We provide an orientation to make sure both the pet owner as well as the pet are comfortable with our staff. We also require first aid certification for our sitters and provide additional pet care information on our website. Additionally, our sitters are required to sign our Code of Ethics prior to on–boarding.

5 – Safety
Safety is a top priority.
For the safety of the pets in our care, Premiere Petsitting and Dog Walking RVA offers one–on–one in–home care. We do not offer pack walks. Additionally, all of our Premiere Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers reside in the Greater Richmond Area, so if an emergency were to arise, someone is close by. We don’t use car decals for advertising purposes when doing visits as they alert others to your absence.
6 – Educational Development

Our firsthand experience and knowledge allows us to better understand your pet’s needs and how to best interact with them. Premiere Petsitting and Dog Walking RVA strongly believes in continual education and constant renewal of knowledge. As such, we are always updating our expertise of animal behavior, animal care, and are up–to–date on the latest technologies allowing us to continually add value to our clients’ experience.
7 – Technology & Convenience
Making life easier.
• We use a high–tech scheduling and database system to ensure NO PET IS EVER LEFT BEHIND.
• Clients can request services, view their service calendar, update their profile (medications, feeding routines, etc.), pay invoices, and more via our Mobile App and Client Portal. Our clients love having the ability to keep their profiles up–to–date electronically so nothing falls through the cracks.
• We utilize a smartphone app, TIME TO PET, which allows clients real–time contact with their Pet Care Professional.
• Our leading technology greatly enhances our professional and comprehensive service. We recognize that not every one is tech savvy or experienced. Let us know if you need help, and we will come and get you set up and comfortable using our simple and awesome communications app.
• We will cater to your specific wishes. Feel free to inform us about any specific communication wants or needs.
8 – Personal & Outstanding Service
A phenomenal pet care experience.
Bringing you peace of mind isn’t just accomplished with top–notch pet care, but also by providing spectacular customer service. You can reach the office between the hours of 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We also monitor voicemail and email outside of hours. In the case of an emergency, call or text 804.456.6469.
Our Premiere Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers send you detailed, timestamped reports with photos each time they leave your home to keep you updated. We also like to keep you informed on all business matters and promotions as well as provide you with educational articles on our website.
