If you have the following interests and qualifications, this could be the right fit for you! If you like to say when you can’t work and how much you want to work, enjoy driving, meeting and making a difference in the lives of people and all kinds of pets, this could be the right association for you! Offerings are primarily in the areas within upper Salisbury, Stony Point, Forest Hills and Stratford Hills. Mostly in zip codes 23225 , 23113 and 23235, and surrounding areas.

Opportunities vary and are changing continually, in three basic categories:

1. Recurring dog walking at different times of day

2. Vacation and Travel visits to feed, play, walk and love pets, at varying times during the day.

3. Overnight House sitting for out-of-towners

Depending on schedule requests, expect to start as a backup to other sitters and grow into a busy schedule of your own. Availability for more than one shift and adaptability to a varying schedules will facilitate more visits in total. On average, once you get established, schedules can range from 2-6 visits a day ; with potential for up to 8 on holidays. Times and daily schedules vary depending on client schedules, needs and requests. Weekends and holiday availability is required.

Incentives for bringing another sitter or client to get connected with us. 4. Discounts for using a Premiere Petsitter to pet sit your pets. 5. Check with a tax expert about items you can deduct from your taxes.

This contracted position is is great for you if you are:

1. A self employed person who is all about animals and their well being, is self disciplined, motivated, is a problem solver and passionate about what they do.

2. Reliable, responsible and experienced in customer service and with dogs and cats. Know how to take charge and is not uncomfortable with big dogs, reactive dogs or hissing cats!

3. Looking for supplemental income. Income is totally dependent on the number of visits requested, scheduled and completed.

4. Comfortable with a changing schedule and varied hours per week.

5. Consistently available, and willing to drive-whatever it takes to be there for the pets when expected!

6. Reliable transportation and a backup in case of car troubles-this is required to care for pets in their homes. (You might be able to deduct mileage from your income taxes!), and visits cannot be missed.

7. Is interested in the ability to earn incentives for bringing on new clients and sitters.

8. Live in or adjacent to zip codes 23213, 23225, 23235 or be willing to drive to those zip codes. Note-efforts will be made to keep all visits a max of 15 min drive time and to group two or more visits in the same area and time frame whenever possible.

9. Willing to consult with a tax expert about tax deductions.

10. 18 years of age or older, or able to have a parent or guardian cosign a contract.
